Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 25-60 years. 2. Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present. 3. Periodontal Pocket Depth >= 5mm and Clinical Attachment Level >= 3mm. 4. Radiological evidence of intraosseous defect >= 3mm in adjacent quadrants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemically compromised patients and those on medications that may interfere with wound healing. 2. Pregnant women and lactating mother. 3. Active periodontal treatment within last 6 months 4. Smokers and diabetics
