Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adults in the age group of 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Non ambulatory Participants. 2 Pregnant women. 3 Known case of disease or conditions causing central obesity e.g. Ascites, Cushings syndrome, PCOD, Hypothyroidism. 4 Participants not traceable for follow up.

Weight, height, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist to hip ratio, waist to height ratio, total body fat percent, visceral fat, regional body fat percentage of trunk.Timepoint: 0 months and 6 months
