Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex, aged 18-75 years scheduled for surgery for post covid mucormycosis 2. Patients with ASA status I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA status IV 2. Known COPD and Asthma patients 3. Patients with CCF (congestive cardiac failure) 4. Patients with BMI > 30 5. Intracranial extension of Mucormycosis 6.Patients on Oxygen therapy(FM,NIV,CMV)

1. Two compare two different ventilation strategy (volume control and pressure control ventilation) in postcovid mucormycosis cases undergoing sinus surgery under GA in terms of respiratory variable and ABG and ABG derived parameters parameters.Timepoint: Intraoperative period till extubation

1. Incidences of patients required post operative ventilation. 2. To analyses incidences of postoperative pulmonary complications. Timepoint: till 48 hours of surgery
