Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients having signs & symptoms of Bhagandara (fistula-in-ano) and complain of pain, swelling and pus discharge through an opening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from acute infectious disease, malignancy and chronic infectious disease. 2. Patients having congenital anomalies. 3. Patients having age less than 18 yrs & more than 65 yrs.
