Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Vicharchika like Kandu, Pidika, Shyavata etc. will be included in the present study. • Lesions of size between 10cm2-100cm2 will be included. • In case of multiple lesions 2-3 lesions of index size will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Systemic diseases like cardiac illness, diabetes mellitus and anaemia. Skin disorder other than Vicharchika will be excluded. Patient with bleeding disorders. Patients on anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs. Patients with HIV, HBsAG, VDRL will be excluded. Patients contraindicated for Raktamokshana. Lesions on eyes, axilla and face.
