Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients ASA (american society of anesthesia) 1-4 physical status Patients undergoing lower limb vascular surgery in either one lower limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients refusal 2) Absolute contraindication to spinal anesthesia 4) Allergy to local anesthetics drug 5) Severe spinal deformity 6) Patients with preexisting neurological deficit 7) Bilateral lower limb surgery 8) Surgery lasting for more than 70 minutes 9) Requirement of conversion to general anesthesia due to inadequate block
