Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having Hb within the range of 9-11gm/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from disorders associated with gastrointestinal bleeding,bleeding disorder(piles),thalassemia. 2.Pregnant women and lactating mother.
