Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients presenting/referred to oncology OPD requiring breaking of bad news 2. Patients willing to be an active participant in the discussion regarding the disease, prognosis and treatment 3. Patients with controlled disease status with newly diagnosed disease progression or recurrence in a patient presenting at oncology OPD
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are already counseled on their disease status and condition by another team of doctors 2. Patient unwilling to be part of the BBN session 3. Pediatric patients 4. Pregnant patients
