Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ALL term live neonates, born through Meconium Stained Amniotic fluid and nonvigorous at birth will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates with major congenital anomalies detected prenatally will be excluded. Neonates who are vigorous at birth that is baby has been born at term, has good muscle tone , and is breathing or crying Neonates who are non vigorous but not born through meconium stained liquor will not be included
