Intervention1: Home based health workers led intervention: Smoking cessation counselling education to decrease exposure to indoor air pollution and occupational exposure, and pulmonary rehabilitation

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals aged >=40 years and diagnosed with COPD (post bronchodilator FEV1/ FVC(L) <0.70) according to GOLD criteria and those previously diagnosedtaking treatment with for COPD in the selected area will be eligible to take part in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are seriously ill, participants with asthma and participants with cognitive impairment will be excluded from the study
