Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA- I-III patients undergoing elective surgery and requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients requiring awake tracheal intubation, nasotracheal intubation , RSI and patients with limited cervical spine movements, Known oropharyngeal pathology, pregnancy, BMI > 35 kg/m2 and mouth opening < 2cm
