Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: J) Age more than 18 yrs 2) COPD patients diagnosed according to GOLD guideline 3) Admitted with acute exacerbation according to GOLD guideline 4) Willing to participate and give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I) Patients with angina 2) Patients with CCF 3) Patients with other respiratory diseases like malignancy, pulmonary tuberculosis, lLDs etc.
