Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Bhagandar will be taken. Patient of Bhagandar those medically fit for surgery irrespective of either sex, caste, occupation and religion will be included randomly. Age of patient 20-60 years will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV, HCV and HBsAg positive patients. Secondary Fistula due to - Ulcerative colitis Crohnââ?¬•s disease Tuberculosis Carcinoma of rectum Pregnancy Fistula other than ano rectal region Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years Rectal prolapsed Complex fistula

To compare & evaluate the clinical efficacy of both Udumbara ksheer Sutras and Snuhi ksheer Sutra in the treatment of two different groups of patients of Bhagandara. To observe the rate of cutting and healing in both groups. To prove the cooling property of Udumbara ksheer Sutra mentioned in classics in present era. To assess the intensity of pain, discharge, burning sensation, and itching. To explore complication, if any, reported during study period Timepoint: 45 60 DAYS
