Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: He/ She has normal B.P., pulse rate, proper sleep (about 6-8 hours undisturbed sleep), hunger, thirst, regular defecation and micturition are taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 20 and above 50 years volunteers. Any acute infectious diseases/chronic diseases (SLE, Rheumatoid arthritis, Cancer, Diabetes, Hypo/hyperthyroidism. etc.) Pregnant lady, lactating mother. Having addiction like tobacco, alcohol, etc. Unwilling to participate in the trial.
