Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II Paediatric patients between 1 to 10 years age of either sex undergoing infra umbilical surgeries Parental consent Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to study drugs, contraindications to study drugs. History of developmental delay and mental retardation Patients with cardiovascular diseases Patients with coagulopathies Signs of infection at the site of caudal block Skeletal deformities in the caudal region Parental refusal
