Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women newly diagnosed with infertility Women who can read English/Kannada Age between 18 and 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with infertility who are also diagnosed with neuromuscular or cardio-respiratory disorders which can hinder their physical activity
