Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients of age group 18 -70 years patients of either sex patients having symptoms of dushtavrana. patients willing for trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients below 18 years and above 70 years immuno-compromised conditions sero-positive status severe anemia pregnancy malignancy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
in non healing wounds, after leech application there will more synthesis of fibroblasts,collagen fibres and angiogenesis.Timepoint: above outcomes will be assesed after around two weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
wound will be healed. it will be assessed on the basic of synthesis of fibroblasts,collagen fibres and angiogenesis in histopathological study of edge biopsy of woundTimepoint: 6 weeks
