Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Belonging to old age group of 60-80 years Seeking medical services at IPD and OPD’s. able to speak and understand Kannada or English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Physical disability-which doesn’t allow them to participate in Multi-Modal Intervention. Who are terminally ill Who are not willing to participate in the study
