Interventions

Intervention1: For intervention group routine physiotherapy like diaphragmatic breathing exercises, splinted coughing and huffing and ambulation along with segmental expansion exercises will be given.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with elective upper abdominal surgery Patients with age group between 18 to 60 years patients with ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients not willing to participate patients with lower abdominal surgery patients with neurological involvement patients with musculoskeletal involvement patients with any cardiac problems and pacemaker
