Interventions

Intervention1: Low-level laser therapy: An aluminum-gallium-arsenide (Al-Ga-As) diode laser with a wavelength of 820 nm, energy density of 8 J/cm2 , and 100Mw power output for 3 seconds at 10 points
2.mesiobuccal gingival ridge
3.central buccal point
central in relation to other points
4.the bottom of the oral vestibule at the root apex parallel to point 1
5.the bottom of oral vestibule, at the root apex parallel to point 2
The same points were selected for application on lingual aspect ,totaling 10 points. Application will be done for 3 consecutive days at the following intervals: 1.immediently after arch wire placement

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Physically and mentally healthy individuals. 2. The patient undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment for the first time. 3. Full arch bonding in both arches 4. Crowding with Littles index of 4-9mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases. 2. Pregnant patients. 3. Patients under medication for chronic pain 4. Patients with functional appliance therapy and orthognathic surgery. 5. Additional appliances that could be unpredictable pain sources, such as headgear, and mini screw.
