Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Schizophrenia, Depressive episode (first episode and Recurrent Depressive Disorder) diagnosed by a consultant using ICD-10 DCR.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Presence of comorbid axis I diagnosis, diagnosed by a consultant using ICD-10 DCR - Presence of significant neurological disorder - Presence of substance dependence, except tobacco - Presence of medical comorbidities like DM, Hypertension, COPD, Bronchial asthma, IHD,CKD, CLD (not well controlled) - Presence of Intellectual impairment clinically
