Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous postpartum patient who delivered by Normal Vaginal Delivery 2. Patients who did not use labour epidural analgesia for Normal Vaginal Delivery 3. A patient who understands and speaks Kannada, Hindi or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The participant who does not give consent to be the part of the study 2. Patient who developed any postpartum complication
