Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with classical sign and symptom of Arsha Patient presenting with signs and symptoms of internal haemorrhoids fulfilling 2nd degree criteria (Goligher grade)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ano rectal malignancy HIV, HbsAg, VDRL positive patient, HCV Uncontrolled Hypertension Uncontrolled DM Haemorrhoids with fissure and fistula in ano, Pregnant women
