Inclusion criteria: Type 1 or 2 Diabetes Mellitus Wagner grade 2 DFU area 0.5 to 8 cm square ABI >0.4 - 1.20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wagner grade >2 ABI HIV , HbsAg positive Uncontrolled Diabetes
