Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Who are prospectively urinary catheter more than days 2.Parents can read and write Hindi or English 3. who are going to discharge with urinary catheter. ï?· Children age between 0-5 years (Birth to preschool) ï?· Undergone different urinary diversion procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Sever congenital genitourinary malformation. 2. Parents are not interested to participate. 3. Children Who are Severely health problems
