Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age in between 18 to 70 years irrespective of gender, caste, religion, region etc. 2. Patients having PPBS between 160 to 300 mg/dL 3. Patients who fulfill above diagnostic criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients of diabetes having diseases or/and under any medication that affects study, study drug and its result or prognosis will be excluded. 1. Age below 18 and above 70 years. 2. Cases with complications related to kidney, heart, brain etc. and suffering from malignant hypertension, history of severe unstable angina, congestive cardiac failure and malignancy 3. Cases of medical emergency and immediate surgical intervention 4. Having blood sugar level (PPBS) more than 300 mg/dL 5. Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus
