Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients willing to participate and who given their consent in written will be included. 2) The age group between the 18 to 60 years. 3) Both sex irrespective of their Cast or Race. 4) Whose TSH level more then 5 micro Unit per ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients not willing to participate. 2) Patients Age below 18 years and above 60 years. 3) Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 4) Patients suffering with any chronic disease. Ex.- Cardiac problem, Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, pituitary cancer etc. 5) whose TSH level more then 20 micro Unit per ml.

Symptoms of hypothyroidism like tiredness, loss of appetite, sluggishness, coldness, constipation, hairloss, dyspnoea and menstrual irregulation are reduced.Timepoint: follow up period 15th, 30th, 45th and 60th day
