Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age Group â?? 18 to 70 years of age 2) Either Gender. 3) ASA â?? I/II/III/IV 4) Previous h/o Covid (confirmed case by either +ve RTPCR test or by CT scan) 5) Patients with confirmed diagnosis of rhino-orbito-cerebral mucormycosis on biopsy, and requiring surgical intervention

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To observe the post anaesthesia recovery status of the patients.Timepoint: From time of extubation till 24 hours.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- To observe the intubation difficulties - To observe any changes in hemodynamic parameters like pulse rate, mean arterial blood pressure, ECG, SpO2 perioperativelyTimepoint: From time of giving pre medication till 4 hours post operatively.
