Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Individuals in the age group of 20-60 years Residing in the field practice area of the department of Community Medicine for more than one year Consenting to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are bedridden with any chronic ailment Antenatal women and women in the first six months of the postnatal period Migrant population
