Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Bhagandara will be taken. Patient of Bhagandara those medically fit for surgery irrespective of either sex, caste, occupation and religion will be included randomly. Age of patient 20-60 years will be included. Low anal fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fistula other than ano-rectal region. Complex fistula-in-ano. Post operative incontinence of stool. Any malignancy. Hypertension. Diabetes mellitus. Tuberculosis of hip joint or spine. Chronic or Acute Ulcerative colitis. Venereal disease, HIV, HCV and HBsAg positive case. Pregnancy. Rectal prolapse.
