Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having clinical features of Parikartika (Fissure In Ano). 2. Those ready to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 2. Patients below 16 years and above 70 years in age. 3. Malignancy 4. HIV, Immune deficiency syndrome. 5. Heart disease like M.I, C.A.D, I.H.D. 6. Immunosuppressive medications users.
