Intervention1: Lap inguinal hernia repair with 14 french size drain placed in preperitoneal space: to see symptomatic seroma formation at 1 and 3 months post operatively, radiologically

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients having an inguinoscrotal hernia complete type,incomplete type,uncomplicated hernia will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Obstructed ,incarcerated or strangulated or patients who are unwilling to participate will be excluded
