Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 12-18years Male 2. Karate Practitioners 3. Yoga Practitioners 4. Active Control 5. Sedentary Control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Female population has been excluded 2. Children below 12 years and adults above 18 years excluded. 3. Karate and Yoga Practitioners with less than four years of training age have been excluded

Researcher expects following deliverables from the study: 1. Identification and generalization of the mechanism of chronic exercise for the improvement and maintenance of cognitive health of adolescents. 2. To understand the effect of chronic exercise of brain electrophysiology and neurochemicals. Timepoint: Karate and yoga practitioners selected will have a minimum five years training experience, in order to study the chronic effects of exercise.

On the basis of this scientific observation we may recommend karate as self defense activity as well as to build a sound mental health in the adolescent period. To recommend yoga for better neurocognitve health.Timepoint: Karate and yoga practitioners selected will have a minimum five years training experience, in order to study the chronic effects of exercise.
