Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing and able to participate in trial. 2. patients irrespective of sex, religion occupation will be selected for the study 3. patients of clinical signs of disease sidhma kushta

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate. 2. Pregnancy, lactating women and puerperium. 3. Presence pf any other skin ailment on chest or neck. 4. Failure of patients to follow up successive visits
