Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patient suffering from any kind of chronic disease 2-Both sexes 3-Aged between 18-65 years 4-Literate patient 5-Patient willing to participate in the study 6-Provide written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Patient who are too sick for consultation, requires emergency medical treatment will be excluded 2-Illiterate patients who are unable to read information sheets 3-Patient denied to give consent to participate 4-Patients are diagnosed with an unstable psychiatric illness; other uncontrolled systemic disease affecting quality of life; organ failure, self-reported immune-compromised cases etc. 5-Patient currently receiving homeopathic treatment for any chronic disease(s) for more than 6 months, these patients will be included in the study after 1 month of wash out period 6-Abuse of drugs 7-Pregnant or lactating women
