Inclusion criteria: Mothers attending antenatal clinic before 11th weeks of pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age more than 40 years Primigravida Body mass index more than 30 Multifetal pregnancy Hypertensive disease during previous pregnancy Chronic hypertension Family history of hypertension Chronic kidney disease Diabetes mellitus Autoimmune disease
