Inclusion criteria: Mothers attending antenatal clinic before 11th weeks of pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more than 40 years Primigravida Body mass index more than 30 Multifetal pregnancy Hypertensive disease during previous pregnancy Chronic hypertension Family history of hypertension Chronic kidney disease Diabetes mellitus Autoimmune disease

To evaluate the association of abnormal uterine artery doppler in first and second trimester with the occurrence of small for gestational age infants ( baby with birth weight less than 10th percentile for the gestational age), cesarean section rate, apgar score less than 7 at 1 and 5 minutes, admission to neonatal intensive care unit.Timepoint: day 1—
