Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients who have completed definitive HNC treatment 2. Age > 18 years 3. No current evidence of cancer. 4. Time since the last cancer treatment should be at least 6 months 5. At least some part of the definitive treatment must have been taken at Tata Memorial Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having metastatic cancer or any other active cancer, or 2. Unable to understand the informed consent.
