Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 patients admitted and managed in Siddha CCC, Tamil Nadu, from May-July, 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who were admitted in SCCC and discharged/referred out/discharged AMA before 24 hours from the time of admission 2.Those who are hospitalized at the time of interview and not able to respond 3.Those who are not in a position to converse and respond 4.Those who does not know to speak Tamil/ English 5.Those who are not willing to participate
