Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients age 18 â?? 65 Years American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I â??II Patient undergoing elective day care surgeries under spinal anaesthesia, of duration 60 minutes or less. Patient written & informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal for the procedure. Allergic to amide local anaesthetic agents. Any existing neurological disease Spinal Deformities Septicaemia Severe hypertension All general contraindications for spinal anaesthesia.
