Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 15-80 years 2. Patients willing and able to practice Yoga for 40 minutes, at least 3 days per week 3. LVEF = 35%, NYHA I, NYHA II structurally normal or abnormal heart 4. VPC BURDEN = 5% (24 hours Holter monitoring) 5. Absence of active Ischemia 6. Stable medical regimen for at least 2 weeks prior to starting session and during session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients indicated for Automatic implantable Cardioverter-defibrillator • Patients indicated for Cardiac resynchronization therapy • Patients on class III, IA antiarrhythmics • Pregnancy • Already practicing yoga • Revascularization in last 3 months • Myocardial infarction or Angina in last 8 weeks prior to enrolment • Absence of Sinus rhythm • Willing to undergo ablation or likely to undergo ablation in next 1 months

1. Quality of Life using SF-36 2. Heart rate variability using Holter devices 3. LVEF using Simpson’s method in echocardiogram 4. Emotional states of depression, anxiety and stress using DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale) 5. MACCETimepoint: 6 weeks, 6 months
