Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Shalya karma for Bhagandara i.e. Chhedana karma for riju type of Bhagandara. Patients between ages 18-60 years of any gender, religion, occupation and habitat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients having any systemic disease requiring treatment during the postoperative period. Patients having known allergies to contents of trial drugs. High anal fistula and shatponak bhagakandar (complex anal fistula)
