Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants with age 18 years and above Patients diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus seeking medical care
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients which are currently on treatment related to any severe liver disease. Any diabetic with malignancy Critically ill patients who are unable to respond to questionnaire and undergo tests Pregnant women
