Inclusion criteria: 1.Willing to participate in this study. 2.Able to read, write and speak English. 3.Indian Office worker (at least 5 hours of sitting job)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nonâ??clerical Men and women office staff. 2.Working women who have been exposed to similar teaching previously
