Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The antimicrobial efficacy of the four intracanal irrigants namely Ozonated Oil, Probiotics, Magnetized water and Normal Saline against the pathogens E.Faecalis, S.Mitis, and F.Nucleatum present in the infected root canals of primary teeth will be checked by assessment of Colony forming units from Pre- Irrigation sample and Post- irrigation samples. The level of Inflammatory mediator Interleukin 1 Beta will also be assessed in Pre and Post irrigation samples.Timepoint: assessment will be done from Pre-Irrigation and Post irrigation sample taken on the same day
