Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patients with signs and symptoms of avabahuk mainly include siraakunchan,sirastambha,amsabandhanshosh,bahupraspanditahar,bahushool. 2)patients indicated for nasyakarma 3)patients willing to participate in study 4)patients of either sex aged between 30-70years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)patients who are not indicated for nasyakarma 2)patients not willing for nasyakarma 3)patients with shoulder joint dislocation 4)lactating and pregnant womens 5)patient with shoulder surgery or fracture of shoulder
