Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinico-radiologically proven AFRS 1 Willing to participate in the study 2 Above 18 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Not willing to participate in the study 2 Below 18 years of age 3 Complicated cases/impending complication 4 Liver disease with deranged blood parameters

Co-relation of treatment response with pre therapy and post therapy radiological scores. Co-relation of the effectiveness of therapy with pre therapy and post therapy total IgE and aspergillus specific IgE levels. Co-relating the effectiveness of therapy with eosinophil morphological features.Timepoint: 2years

Co-relation response of treatment with SNOT-22 scores. Co-relation of treatment response with nasal endoscopic scores.
