Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single rooted premolar with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any systemic disease i.e. diabetes, metabolic 2. Patients who are taking antibiotics, NSAIDS prior to treatment. 3. Grossly decayed teeth where rubber dam isolation is difficult 4. Teeth with calcified canals, immature apices, root resorption and weeping canals. 5. Retreatment cases and previously accessed teeth
