Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Males belonging to age group: 18-50 years 2.Staying together with spouse from atleast past one year 3.Males diagnosed with alcohol dependence syndrome as per ICD-10 criteria. 4.Spouse diagnosed as codependent according to Spann Fischer Codependency Scale (SFCS >16) 5.Spouse not meeting the criteria for any disorder on MINI 6.0
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Spouse of males with ADS having co morbid drug dependence (except nicotine) 2.Spouse of males with ADS who have undergone psychotherapy in the past 1 year
