Intervention1: Tumbi Lodhra malahara: malahara will be applied locally on episiotomy wound after defecation, micturition and 6 hour interval for 7 days post partum.
Control Intervention1: Povidine iod

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women with normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy. investigations for inclusion- hemogram, HIV, HBSAG, VDRL, BSL-R
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with any acute(PPH, Laceration, hematoma) OR chronic disease(DM, cardiac disease, Carcinoma, skin disease, GDM, any vaginal lesion, varicosity of vein or any immune compromised illness, STD)
