Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (18-65 years) undergoing living donor liver transplant in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Paediatric patients. Acute liver failure. Patients with serum magnesium more than 2.2 mg/dl. Patient with severe cardiac dysfunction. [EF 1:3), Atrial Fibrillation with rapid ventricular response ( >100 beats/min)].

| 1. Requirement of rescue vasopressor at the time of reperfusion (upto5 mins) and post-reperfusion till the end of surgery. 2. Compare Serum Lactate levels till end of surgery. 3. Compare serum magnesium among both groups. 4. Compare serum C-Reactive Protein (CRP) among both groups. 5. Length of intensive care unit (ICU) and hospital stay Timepoint: Baseline, 30 minutes after anhepatic phase, 5minute post reperfusion, 30 minute after reperfusion, 2 hr after reperfusion, end of surgery, 24 hrs after surgery | — |
